The Carlmont win over Sequoia Friday night means that, currently, four South teams (Mills, M-A, Carlmont and Sequoia) have one loss. Mills and M-A must complete a suspended game (roof leak). Aragon has two losses so the Dons are very much in the picture at this point although they suffered a severe blow when one of their big kids went down with an injury last week vs. Sequoia. The Carlmont victory was doubly important because, when it comes to seeding the CCS Division I tournament next month, both the Scots and Cherokees are in that bracket. In the North, South City is unbeaten and threatening to run away with another regular season crown.
