Just doing this for fun as a die hard fan of the old MEL/SCAC/SCAL Teams. Yep, Benicia, Vallejo & Napa Schools moved over to the NCS for their reasons. Just having fun since the Big Media (East Bay Times, SF Chronicle & Sac Bee) hardly covers these areas.
