I don't think so, Its not like it use to be, when the teams for the LA area would come up.
That's why I said "pretty good"... This tourney has slipped a bit in quality the last few years as more and more top-end tourney competition in SoCal and elsewhere has made it harder for MC to snag high-end teams.
Still, there is some quality there.
