Who has predictions for the TCAL Rock this year. my list is below
1. Salesian
2. SPSV
3. Albany
4. El Cerrito
5. De Anza
6. Hercules
Interested to see how well DA and Hercules do after being moved up from the stone. Not sure why St. Marys is down in the stone, should be an easy league championship for them.

I’m excited for this year. The Bruins aren’t deep but they have a good core. Salesian will be good but I have doubts about replacing Akinjo. Albany could surprise people this year. DA is going to be the best of the rest with El Cerrito in the cellar.

I watched Albany roll through 3 weaker opponents this weekend in Woodland. They seem to have some nice pieces. Will be interesting to see how they go the rest of the way.

MaxPreps shows two winnable games for Albany this week to tune up for a road game at Salesian, then home for St Pats the following week. Both teams now join Albany in NCS D3. Brutal.
